William Ray Dilbeck, 76, of Decatur, passed away on January 2, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dale Dilbeck officiating. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Mr. Dilbeck was born March 27, 1938, in Decatur, to Elbert and Minnie Dempsey Dilbeck. He worked as a truck driver for Georgia Highway Express/Transus for more than 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Louvenia Dilbeck. Mr. Dilbeck is survived by his wife of 51 years, Bobbie Jacobs Dilbeck; daughter, Kecia (Mark) Maddox, of Madison; sons, Tim (Amber) Dilbeck, of Plainfield, IL., and Greg Dilbeck, of Hartselle; brother, Sherman Dilbeck, of Decatur; sister, Faye Engle, of Decatur; and grandchildren, John Mark Maddox, Matthew Maddox, Tony Moore and Tyler Moore.
