Mr. Simpson served in the Army (1950-1956), was a Korean War Veteran, and worked as a Cement Sales Representative for Dixie Cement Company. He was a member and Deacon of Grant Street Church of Christ. He loved playing golf and watching Alabama football.
He is survived by sons, Tony ( Janiece), Tim (Jeanne), Grand Children; Leslie Simpson, Christie Eng (Chris), Charlee Moore (Jake), Samantha Duke (Eric), Stephanie Chandler (Keith), Paul Simpson, Kathryn Simpson, Joel Simpson, Great Grandchildren, Blakeleigh, Drake, Liam, Lincoln, Jack, Isaac, & Georgia. Sisters-in-law, Nieces and Nephews
A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
