Carolyn Loretta Mathys passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 82, and was a resident of Bay Shore, New York. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Debra Mathys, Susan Quinn (Thomas), Dawn Scheid (John) and the late Sandra Mathys. Adoring nana of Billy, Ryan, Heather, Declan, Matthew, Hailey and Connor. Visitation will be held at Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home, TOWNE CHAPEL, on April 10, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Ascension Lutheran Church, 33 Bay Shore Rd, Deer Park, New York, on April 11, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:15 am.
A Committal Service will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY, on April 11, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
