Jack was born on September 6,1923 and passed away at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn. Loving father of Constance Wellman, Tracy Wellman and her husband Gary Scandell and John Wellman. Cherished Grandpa of 4 and Great Grandpa of 6. Longtime member of Local 138 and Proud WWII Army Veteran.
