Happy 1st Birthday in Heaven Grandpa. Wish you were here with us still so instead of signing this book we were going out to dinner at popeis tomorrow for your birthday. We love you and miss you terribly life is not the same without you :(

gpa, i know when i was a teen i was a pain. all i always heard was pull up your pants bum, and take your hat off your not jewish, but i know it was to teach me respect and i love you'se both for it. i wouldn't have turnd out like i did if you'se didnt. i miss you'se and all i hear in my head is HAAA HAAA HAAAA. you and gma gave me everything and i thank you'se for that. i wouldnt have became the man i am today with out you'se. ill pass your sayings on and your jokes. ill see you'se soon love j

god saw the roads were getting rough, the hills were hard to climd he gently closed his loving eyes and whispered, peace be thine. 
his days of toil, his nights of pain, his weary hours have past, his patient, worn, torn frame has found sweet rest at last. 
day and night we stood by him and saw pain, anxiously awaiting his cure, but our waiting was in vain.
god who knoweth all things best, eased his suffering, and gave him rest he is gone, but not forgotten, never will our memories fade. sweetest thoughts will ever linger round the place where he rest..

Daddy.... I can't believe it's been 3 weeks already. It hardly feels real. I think I'm numb! I miss you and Mom more then words could explain. I look back at what a huge part of me and my kids  lives you've  been, from vacations, to dinners at my house and yours, dinners out at seaside, or popeis, or the Babylon docks where we sit for hours watching the boats, or just the coffee and cake night where we'd just talk. your both who I 
turned to for all my advice, now I have no who loves me as unconditionally as you both did. I feel my "babies" have been cheated, they will never feel how truely great grandparents you were, only through stories :( I love and miss you so much, my life has been forever changed. Until we meet again xoxo

Uncle Bruce...I could talk about all the parties, the laughter, the "flirting" ;) ... they are some of my favorite memories and always will be... but as my Godfather, you gave me something special.. you walked me down the isle and gave me away at my wedding... I will always be grateful, You made my day complete. I will never forget the night Joe and I came to talk with you, when I wanted to ask you to do me that honor... of course, being nervous as hell,  I was talking to much without getting to the point and you looked at me and said "ask me the question already" LOL... You made me laugh and I was very happy when you said yes. I'm sad that you are not here with us, to TEASE everyone you love...but I am comforted with the thought, my belief, that you are with Aunt Stella, no longer in pain of any kind and probably making everyone laugh up there. I can remember the first time we met 7 years ago when me and jay first started dating and I was invited over for Christmas Eve dinner. Well... we were all sitting at the dining room table you sat down looked at me and said " I am not hungry" got up and sat in the recliner in the living room. I said to myself " oh great jays grandfather doesn't like me". Then after all the Sunday dinners and birthday parties you finally warmed up. Then 5 years ago you and grandma told me and jay we could rent upstairs. I will remember all those years living in that house with you guys. From bbq's in the summer, to when me and jay stained the deck and you sat outside the whole time telling us all the spots we missed. I will miss being woken up on Sunday morning with that dance cd which started with the song " this is how we do it" blasting. But the biggest thing I will miss is when I would come home from work and you would be sitting in the living room and the first words out of your mouth would be " Hello dear, I swear you get prettier and prettier everyday." I also remember the first time you found out I was native american and you ran to your bedroom and wanted to show me this feather from an eagle you had and told me it was illegal for you to have it but now its ok for you have it because you live with an indian. I will always remember all those stories you told me over and over again lol. Grandpa I will miss you always and you will always keep have a place in my heart noone could replace you, you were definteley one of a kind. Please give grandma a kiss for me and tell her that I love her and miss her more then she could imagine. Life will be the same without the two of you but I know you now have eachother again and you are peace. Till the day we shall meet again. Keep heaven laughing with your jokes and don't flirt with too many girls up there. Love you grandpa

Uncle Bruce you will be missed dearly. My childhood memories are blessed with all those moments of laughter that were created because of you. I know you are at peace because you are with your love as I know she was waiting there to put her arms around you for eternity.     Love you-  Josephine

since day one youve been there for me and never let me down. you were my grandpa, my hero and now your one of my gardian angels. i can promise you life wont be the same without you around joke around with. and walking into your house willl never feel the same without the "oh theres my beautiful girls" greeting even before i reached the living room.. somehow you never seized to ammuse me and never failed me when it came to needing to be cheered up. its so hard to believe i just saw you a week ago and you promised me you were gunna be fine.. but im gunna make you a promise that ill never break, ill never stp thinking about you and no one can take your place. i love you to the moon and back ? Uncle Bruce....We are going to miss you terribly.All of my fondest memories as a child was at your house.We were there almost everyday after school.You were always full of life.I wish I could have seen you more but unfortunately I moved to Florida.My kids adored you they thought you were a very funny man.Give Aunt Stella a kiss from us....MISS YOU!!!!

  I will miss you terribly. You were always an amazing uncle and never failed at making me laugh. I'll never forget all the memories we've had together, they hold a very special place in my heart! I hope you are with Grandpa and Aunt Stella and that you are happy now! Give them a kiss for me and tell them how much we miss them and love them! Dad...You weren't supposed to leave us yet. We.... I .... Wasn't ready. I know your only wish was to be with Mom and I'm sure she was waiting for you.
