Kristen Borrero, age 28, of Islip Terrace, New York passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024. Kristen was born in Bay Shore, NY at Southside Hospital on January 9, 1996. She was the beloved daughter of Andrea Bofinger and Philip Borrero. Cherished sister of Alex Borrero. Kristen was also survived by Brianna and Samantha with whom she shared a special sister bond. She leaves behind her best friend Lena and Lena's Boyfriend Anthony. Kristen , Lena & Anthony have been inseparable enjoying vacations and shenanigans together.
A graduate of of Bay Shore High School as well as Suffolk Community College where she earned her Associates Degree. Kristen worked at Northeast Elementary School in Brentwood as a media technician. She was adored by students, teachers and staff.
Kristen enjoyed paddleboarding, kayaking and hiking, vacationing and time with her friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
