To the Daniel family, I not only offer my sincere condolences for such a tremendous loss, I also want to thank you for sharing Lance with all of us. I have known him since highschool and have talked with him on many occasions thereafter at many DP Falcons football games, where my son played.  Lance never changed, he was always kind, always helpful, always comforting and very much fun to be around.  He was just one of the " good ones" on this earth.  Thank you , Lance for always including me in Class of 83 reunion invites even though I was a Class of 84.   That was Lance, if he knew you, he was good to you.  He will be so sorely missed and I'm sending many prayers and hugs to his beautiful family during this difficult time.

Lance, you were truly an incredible person. Your kindness shone through in everything you did; you always showed up without hesitation, called just to check in, and gave your full attention whenever we were together. 

I can't express enough gratitude for the way you embraced my boys as their bonus uncle. They remember you standing up for them at school when they tried to mess with your "Stoney." Your willingness to jump in and support was a testament to the amazing person you were. 

I cherish all those endless conversations we shared about starting an event planning business. You never hesitated to encourage me, even when I doubted myself. Black and I always looked forward to your surprise visits during our Saturday Costco runs; what started as a quick shop would turn into an hour of laughter and connection in the aisles. You had a knack for convincing me to buy things I never planned to, but those moments were always filled with joy!

You were one of the first to step up for my MS walk, showcasing your unwavering support. Your smile, that laugh, and those heartfelt hugs were like sunshine in our lives. 

We love you deeply, and while we will miss your presence, we find comfort in the memories. Every time we walk up our walkway and steps, we think of you. It’s our little inside joke—if you know, you know.

My heart aches as I reflect and say goodbye to my dear friend for more than 50 years.  The laughs we shared from our childhood and memories we created over the past five decades I will truly cherish.  Lance was more than a friend he was family.  Lance was one of the funniest, kindest and most of all the lovingest friend anyone can ask for.  I will forever cherish the moments we shard.  Rest in peace my friend, you will always be embedded in my heart.

My deepest condolences to everyone hurt by the loss of our dearest friend Lance. May God cover us all during this difficult time. 
I remember meeting Lance at Costco thinking he was a crazy shopper who loved coming there everyday. I didn't know he was LP until I saw him walking into the security room. We would often joke about that. 
Since then, Lance has been such a great friend to me. He's never changed who he was morally. His beautiful heart never changed. What a blessing. 
I'm so happy he married Martha and had Olivia because I got to him truly light up. Martha and his kids were his joy. We never spoke without speaking about them. He was a proud of his whole family. I know so much about his family whom I never met. He always spoke highly of those he loved. 
I will miss you Lance. I'm so glad we spoke not long ago and laughed as we always would at work. I will cherish our memories.

When I think of Lance, the first thought that comes to my mind is his kind personality.  He was always the sweetest and friendliest person with the most beautiful sole. 
As everyone has been saying in their Facebook posts the past two weeks about his huge and bright smile- they are all so right! He had the best and brightest smile always. Lance was just a great person all around!  I always remember Lance in High School standing outside the classroom doors smiling and always talking to everyone passing by or entering the classroom. He always made everyone laugh!  You just wanted to be around him, such a pleasure! 
I feel so blessed to have known Lance, and I only wish I would have seen him more! His life was cut way too short.  My heart and prayers are with his beautiful wife, Martha, and his precious and beautiful  daughter, Olivia, as well as Lance’s mom and the entire family for the pain they are suffering right now.  I will never forget Lance.  He will be forever missed by all, and whenever I think of him, I will always put a smile on my face.  Rest in peace, my friend.   Love you.  Love, Lisa

My memory of Lance through high school and even when I saw him here and there he was always smiling. You can never get that smile out of his face. It was great seeing him on the 40th class reunion upbeat like always loving life we are gonna miss you, my friend and a little joke that me and him had was I was the one who taught him how to play basketball 😢😢.

To  all the bereaved family of Lance Daniel....I can truly say Lance always had a smile and a joke, the most pleasant and respectful man at all times , trust worthy and friendly always willing to help.
I've worked with Lance over 20 years at Costco, Westbury location and I can honestly say I've enjoyed working with  Lance. 
His memory will be kept alive with all the great memories he has left at the Westbury location.
