Born in Danville, IL, moved to FL in 1987. For 15 years, she and her husband owned Seathings Gift Shop and Post Office on Deerfield Beach.
Survived by husband of 64yrs, Charles "Chuck" Norris, Son and daughter in-law Dr.Charles R. Norris Jr. and Francesca of Boca Raton. Daughter and son in-law Debra and Perry Chilberg of Coventry CT
Five grandchildren,and one great grandson. Charlie and Jackie Norris, Matthew and Kristin Chilberg, Adam, wife Melissa and son Nathaniel Chilberg.
A private memorial service will be held on Tuesday August 23rd at Kraeer/Becker Funeral Home in Deerfield Beach.
Elenor will be laid to rest at Deerfield Beach Cemetery.
