Amos Dorsey 94 of Choctaw Oklahoma passed on March 14, 2019 while asleep in his home. He was a member of the Muskogee Creek Tribe. He was born on March 24, 1924 at Eufaula. He attended Eufaula schools before marrying Ella Faye Myers and moving to Oklahoma City, where he worked as a machinist at Sherman Machine and Iron for over 30 years until his retirement. He attended Little Springs Baptist Church and was ordained as a Deacon at Grace/ New Trinity for a few years. He then Joined Victory Baptist Church, getting reinstated as the deacon and attended until his health kept him at home where he lived his remaining years. He is preceded in death by wife Ella, daughter Barbara, and sons: Kenny Ray and Jonny. Also mother; Jeannie Wolf, sister; Alice, brothers; Bill Easel, and other family members. Amos is survived by daughter Norma, sons; Dale, Gary and Clay also know “Peaches” along with grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family member.
