Barbara Kay Calhoun

She was a Charter member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Del City, OK where she played the piano and organ blessing family and friends with her talent. Barbara was the 7th grade classman at Kerr Jr. High in 1956 when it first opened. She was the best pool shark around, and enjoyed making crafts, wrapping Christmas gifts plus a wonderful cook. She was preceded in death by her parents Wilber and Imogene Hargrove of Del City, Oklahoma.

She leaves behind those to cherish her memory and her kindness. Survivors include her children; Dianna and husband Richard Cox of Garland Texas, Paul Calhoun of Garland, Texas, Dorothy Calhoun and Edward McMorris and their daughter Genevieve of Oklahoma City; Sister, Yvonne Cagle, Del City; nephews; Todd Cagle and daughter Madyson, Craig Cagle and wife Nikki and son Carsten. Plus a host of extended family and friends, and her best friend Virginia Willmette of Oklahoma City. She is surrounded by the wings of Angles and is now watching over all of us.
