She was born July 27, 1946, to parents Clarence and Oneta Cyphers in Oklahoma City.
She married Jay Allen Faulkner on July 19, 1968, and they had four children, Jay “JJ” Allen Jr., Misty Renee, Michael Shane and Brandi Rochelle.
Bobbie was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Beloved by many, she was happiest in the company of family and friends. She had a quick wit, adventurous spirit, generous heart and a love for all things Elvis. In that spirit, she spent many years “taking care of business” at Burlington Coat Factory's Baby Depot, retiring from there in 2011.
She is survived by her husband Jay, her children Shane and Brandi, grandchildren Misty, Caleb, Drake, Destinie, Owen, and AJ, and great-grandchildren Luna and Natalie Jay.
She is preceded in death by her mother Oneta, father Clarence, sister Penny, sister Beverly, son JJ and daughter Misty.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. April 8, 2026, at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
Interment will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
