

Christiane Hồ Thi Tuyết passed away in Oklahoma City on December 22, 2020 at the age of 87 of natural causes. She is survived by her sister Ho Nguyet Anh and so many loving nieces and nephews including Stephen Nguyen, Ho Ngoc Quy & family, Ho Ngoc Trai, Dao Kim Thu & family and Dao Minh Khoa & family.
Christiane was born in Vietnam on November 19, 1933, the daughter of Mr. Ho Hue and Mrs. Tran Thi Nghi. She was the third sibling out of six children. Even at a young age, she showed great curiosity and a desire to learn starting with her primary education in the Catholic schools to her doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
She was married to Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thuc and had one child, Nguyen Dinh Bang. She survived both, remained a widow and dedicated herself to the service of others.
She was a pharmacist in France until her retirement, but she had so many other passions and loved to travel. She traveled the globe, although her favorite place was Japan. She learned Japanese, Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement, origami, calligraphy, and musical instrument, Zither.
In her spare time she practiced yoga, loved to garden, volunteered at the community centers and tutored students.
Christiane was smart, artistic, private, deeply caring of her extended family, and generous to those she felt needed her help. We will miss you dear sister, aunt and friend. You played so many roles is so many people’s lives. It is time for you to rest.
