David Lee Whitehead 54, of Midwest City passed away August 1, 2012. He was born December 18, 1957 in Ada, Oklahoma to the late Jack and Davene (Roberts) Whitehead, Sr. He worked at Reliant Living Center for 12 years. He loved working with all the Special needs patients and participating in the Special Olympic games.
He is survived by his sisters; Delores Duncan and husband Tom. Janice Daggett, Neci Zazzetti and husband Bill.
Preceded in death by brother Jack Whitehead, Jr. and sister Jacci Bolt. Viewing is Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 10:-am-8pm at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Del City, OK. Funeral service will be Monday, August 6, 2012 at 10:00 am at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Graveside service will be at 2:00pm in Rosedale Cemetery, Ada, Oklahoma.
