A memorial will be held at her home in Midwest City on January 12, 2017 from 11:00 – 1:00 pm. Sunny Lane Funeral Home is handling the cremation arrangements.
Denise was born in Smyrna, Tennessee to Billy and Peggy Lundy on November 7th, 1955. She went to high school at Carl Albert High and graduated in 1975. She owned and operated a housekeeping business that served the greater Oklahoma City area. She always took great pride and care in attending to each of her patron’s wishes, to which she received continuous adoration and praise.
She enjoyed movies, reading, board games and spending time with her family, and especially enjoyed outings where trinket shopping was involved.
Denise is preceded in death by her father, Billy Lundy, and survived by her mother, Peggy Lundy; sister, Valerie McIntire; her three children, Eric Steward, Brianna and Connor Traynor; and Grand-dog Gypsy Sue.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Mercy Oncology staff and the Colleta Building staff for their support in her final days.
