Dewayne David Blanke passed away on July 13, 2022. He was born in Nowata, OK on November 5, 1971 to Billy and Goldie (Inman) Blanke. He grew up in Nowata and graduated from Nowata High School in 1990. After high school, he served on the Carl Vincent Aircraft Carrier in the United States Navy. After being honorably discharged, he lived in Midwest City and Moore, working at Tinker Air Force Base as an aircraft production controller. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, fishing and time at the lake. He had a loving and generous heart, and will be missed by many family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Bill Blanke; sisters Kathy Blum and Karla Blanke; and nephew Keith Andrew Blum.
He is survived by his mother Goldie Blanke; his son Blaine Swalley; grandchildren Marcus Bryan, Jordan Doser, and Carter Doser; brother Ray and wife Debbie Blanke; nephews Brian Blum and Brad Blanke; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of dear friends and coworkers.
