Diane Renee Castro went home to be with the Lord on May 16, 2015. She was born Diane Renee House on June 29, 1966. She moved with her family to Del City in 1970 and attended elementary, middle school and high school in Del City. She moved to OKC and then had Christian in 1990 and Mateo in 2000. She put all of her effort in raising her two boys. She was very close to them. And when she became ill, her boys were right there to take care of her.
She always loved music. In her younger days, she loved Loverboy and then, it was Alan Jackson. More recently, it was Christian music. After losing her sight, she loved listening to music with Mateo.
She was the most selfless person we knew. She would help anyone in need. And did so over and over again.
She is survived by 2 sons: Christian and Mateo Castro, whom were her pride and joy; her companion, Tiburcio Mendez; Her mother: Bea Miller of Del City, OK; sisters: Debra Velez and husband, Frank, of Blythe, CA, Connie Jones and husband, Rick, of Del City, OK, and Angela Ray and husband, Gary, of Rome, GA; step-daughters: Ampro, & Lucia Mendez; 5 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Ray Miller, and a younger sister, Gena Raye House.
