Donald Eugene Wise, 80, of Midwest City, OK went home to be with the Lord on May 27, 2016 due to medical issues. He was surrounded by his loving family. Donald was born July 29, 1935 in Bristow, Oklahoma, to Charles Wise and Frances DeLana.
Donald was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He served is country for 26 years, 4 years in the United States Army and 22 years in the United States Air Force. He served time in Vietnam, lived in Turkey and many other states. He was a bronze star recipient and retired as a Master Sargent. After retirement he continued working at Tinker AFB as a civil service employee in communications.
Donald was a fan of OU and OSU football, enjoyed watching all sports and FOX News.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, sisters, son and wife. Survivors include children, Dana, Cheri, Stacy, Dee, sons-in-laws, Ricky and Dwayne, 9 grandchildren and spouses, 14 great-grandchildren, three brothers and spouses, 2 sisters and spouses, sister/brother in-law and a many nieces and nephews.
He was a very giving person and would help anyone in need. He was loved by all and will be missed but never forgotten.
