

Sue was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Sylvia Lott and Billy Moore. Survivors include her loving husband of 52 years, David; brother, Donald Moore (Norma); sons, Ron and Richard Corder; and numerous extended family and friends that will miss her dearly.
Sue grew up in the community of Mason, OK graduating from Mason High School where she was a member of the basketball team. Sue was also a member of the Central Oklahoma’s Quilters Guild and an expert seamstress. She had a passion for quilting and created small quilts and blankets that she gifted at baby showers for her relatives and friends. Sue was a frequent volunteer to the HUGS project until her health prevented attendance. She was always a friendly host, and on many occasions opening her home to frequent visitors. She was a well-established cook and her specialty treat was pecan pies. Some believed she was the best at making jelly which she enjoyed sharing with everyone. Sue was a member of Sooner Baptist Church where she regualry attended until her health limited her participation.
In lieu of flowers, Sue, requested that donations be made to the HUGS Project. Her family would like to thank Excell Hospice for their friendly service, especially Nurse, Michael Ann Morgan. Her celebration of life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 18, 2014 at the Sooner Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw.
