Ella Mae Van Meter, 96, died Sunday, October 16, 2011 in Oklahoma City. She was born November 22, 1914 in West Plains, Missouri, to William and Cathryn (Woods) Robinson. She lived in the Oklahoma City area for the past seventy years. Ella worked as a real estate broker in Oklahoma City from 1965 to 1990. She was preceded in death by her parents; spouses, Bill Van Meter and John Weber; son, Donald Weber; brother, Everett Robinson, and sisters, Edith Miller, Pharrel Lewis, and Flossie Long. Survivors include her sons, Dan Weber and wife, Juanita, and John Weber; grandchildren: Danita Fischer and husband, Mike; Mike Weber; Kirk Weber and wife, Dawn; Julie Riggs and husband, Rusty; and Dedra Porter and husband, Robert; great grandchildren: Brad, Elizabeth and Zachary Fischer; Logan Riggs; and Shea, Jonathan, Aaron, Steven, and Anna Porter; and great grandchildren: Wesley, Riley, and Elliott Fischer. Ella's graveside service will be at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
