Flora Ann Burchfiel Hoffman, 90 passed away September 5, 2011 in OKC She was born December 20, 1920 in Knoxville, Tennessee to parents Stella Mae and James Luther Burchfiel. Flora worked for 25 years for Lucent Technologies and retired in 1986. She is survived by her son, William “Larry” Hoffman, Sr., daughter, Jackie and her husband Claude Williamson, grandson’s, Jason Williamson, William L. Hoffman, Jr., granddaughter Margaret Hoffman, great grandson’s, Matthew Gates and Jacob Gates, brother, Hugh Edward Burchfiel, sister, Elizabeth Beard, and numerous nieces and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, and grandson Mark Williamson. Special thanks to Dr. Dennis Roberts & Good Sheppard Hospice & the staff of Grace Living Center-Brookwood. Visitation will be at Bill Eisenhour South East, from 3PM-8PM Wednesday. A Graveside service will be 2:00PM Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Sunny Lane Cemetery, OKC. Flora will always be remembered as a devoted Sooner Fan. GO OU!
