

He was raised in Starke and attended Bradford High School. After high school, Frank joined the United States Air Force and served his country for 22 years. During his military career, he was stationed in Texas, England, France, Germany, Mississippi, Washington and Oklahoma. During his military tenure, Frank excelled at marksmanship and won a position on the Rod and Gun Club. After serving in the military, Frank worked for Sun Electric as a salesman for automotive testing equipment. During his time at Sun, Frank won many awards for being a top salesman. After Sun Electric, Frank started his own business, Automotive Test Equipment, which he operated until retirement.
Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling and loved attending blue grass and country music festivals. Frank loved taking pictures of family and friends and always had a camera or two nearby. He didn't like to say goodbye, but would always tell you "I'm glad you got to see me again."
Frank is predeceased by his parents, brother, Bill Rosser, and grandson, Eddie J. Baird.
Frank is survived by his wife, Dolores; Son, Terry Rosser (Johanna); Daughter, Robin Froeschke (Harry); Step-son, Eddie Baird (Tammy); Step-daughter, Laurie Barbour (Wayne); Brother, Jimmy Mitchell (Katherine); Eight Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
Frank was loved and will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank IRIS Memory Care and Physician's Choice Hospice for their loving care and support.
Viewing for family and friends is scheduled for Friday, January 17 from 2-8 p.m., with family present form 2-5 p.m. Services are Saturday, January 18 at 2:00 p.m. Bill Eisenhour Chapel followed by graveside, interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
