James was the firstborn son of Daniel and Nicole Nash of Edmond. He is survived by his parents, his grandparents Denise Nash and Robert and Susan Riley, and his uncles Thomas Nash and Ian Riley. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Richard Nash.
Although James lived only 10 days, he touched many hearts and had so much personality. Whether it was peeing on one of his favorite nurses (twice!), sticking his hand down his diaper, or holding his Mommy’s finger, James was a source of joy and laughter.
He blessed his parents with the gift of that selfless and great love that only a parent knows. His sweetness has forever changed his parents’ lives, and they are grateful to God for the gift of his life, however brief.
James’ parents want to express thanks for the genuine care and love that all of the doctors, nurses, and staff of Integris Baptist Medical Center gave to James.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, Daniel and Nicole Nash ask that you consider making a donation to the NICU center at Integris Baptist Medical Center or to the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation (www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org).
