Joseph C. Burks, Jr. died Apr 29, 2012 in Midwest City. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, Oct 4, 1954 to Joseph and Mary Burks. He attended St. Philip Neri Catholic Church as a child. A graduate of John Marshall High School and Sooner Trade School, he started his plumbing business, "Sir Rooter Plumbing Co." at age 28. It was quite an adventure for him. Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Burks; granddaughters, Briana, Sydney and Madison Burks. His memorial service will be at 1 PM, Monday, May 7, at the Sunny Lane Chapel, 4000 SE 29th.
