Although Joe never had children of his own, he relished the time he spent with his nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed playing his harmonica, fishing and going to the movies. Joe was a kind and compassion man who will be missed by those who knew him.
He is survived by his sisters, Sarah Vasquez, his twin sister, Mary Smith, numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of relatives and friends.
