John Michael Lazzaro, 55, passed away on April 26, 2016 at his home in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He was born on April 26, 1960 to nicholas Anthony Lazzaro, Sr. and Annie Mae (Self) Lazzaro. John is survived by his three siblings, Robert Franklin Lazzaro, Julie Ann Haynes and Nicholas Anthony Lazzaro, Jr.
John served three years in the United States Air Force and his family remembers his love and passion for music.
