John Edward (Waddie) Shafer was born Aug. 18, 1977 and died Feb. 11, 2007. He is survived by his wife DeWayna Marie of the home; parents Gary & Kristi Shafer of Wellston, and Dan & Sandy Raven of Midwest City; grandpa Bernard J. Kramer; brothers Gary Shafer Jr., Aaron Shafer & Denton Shafer; sisters Linda Newman & Ashle Robinson; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Dusty Shafer; grandpas Ralph Shafer & Bill Gamble; grandmas Bessie C. (Nanny) Gamble & Agnes L. Kramer. John enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing (The Waddie), & watching t.v. He loved his family and was a good husband, son and friend to everyone. We will miss you Waddie.
