Johnny Lewis McPherson, age 88, died Sat. 11-4-2017 after a long battle with cancer. Born in McLoud, OK, he served in the USAF and worked for the US Postal Service as a mail carrier for over 30 years. He is survived by his daughter, Glenda Heard &husband Richard, his step-daughter, Cheryl Gring & husband Tony, 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild. Johnny was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Barbara, his daughter, Sheryl Cline, his step-daughter Charlene Chavez and his brother Billy McPherson. The family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Fri. 11-10-2017, at Sunny Lane Funeral Home in Del City, OK with graveside service held on Sat. 11-11-2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
