I would just like to add that if the quality of josephs  parenting was ever questioned, please look no further than the eyes of his son tyler on all previous christmas days. When you gazed into the eyes of his son on christmas day, opening presents, you could blatantly tell that he was, indeed, very much loved. 

The absolute greatest pleasure of being a parent is seeing your child open presents on christmas day. To witness that event and see the smile on their face and sparks in their eyes, is a feeling of upmost JOY. It is a joy that is so powerful and indescribable, that it gives us meaning and purpose in life. It is a joy that makes life worth living. Having vivid recollection of the joy on our children's faces on christmas morning is our best hope at being able to continue as a family as we grieve our most beloved Joseph. 

I first met Jo Jo on Tenkiller lake in Party Cove. Jo Jo & I were both going through separation from our wives and very much in the same place in our lives. We connected & found we had the same interests/hobbies. We both worked in oil n gas & formed a mutually beneficial business relationship. We understood each other &  quickly developed a brotherly love. Things just clicked for me n Jo Jo. He helped me when I was in a bad way & never judged. My buddy was just there for me. We spent almost every weekend at the lake together. Every Friday Jo Jo would head to the lake & get the cabin in order 
& I'd grab the boat on my way. By 7 we'd be sittin on the back of the boat & crack our first beer together. Each time we'd cheers each other to a hard week's work & he would always say "don't get any better than this bro"...I still agree. We'd just sit on the back of the boat tellin stories(most of them envolving fishing/hunting trips that were GREATLY overexagerated), laugh & just have fun. Real fun!!!
He made me belly laugh so much my stomach hurt.
We'd wake up early on Saturday, go fish for a bit & then go to the marina for lunch. Monday came around & we would get things rollin at work & then call each other to talk about the prior weekends events & start planning the next weekends activities. We shared so many wonderful memories over the last few years. He showed me that life was something you can't just sit & wait for, you have to go get it...and we did! We hunted, fished, watched football, cooked tons of meat & laughed more than ive ever laughed before. Jo Jo had a way of making everyone around him laugh & have a good time no matter what. He was & always will be my brother. I am so thankful he excepted Jesus & that I get to be with my dear friend again in heaven. I know he's up there findin them brush piles loaded with crappie for us. I'm so thankful to have had the pleasure of spending the time with him I got. Till we meet again bro!!! Love ya Jo Jo

I was saddened last night to learn of Joe’s passing and lift prayers for God’s love to comfort his family and close friends dealing with this sad season of life.   
I worked with Joe while he was with JDF &  Associates.  Two consecutive years he earned a top award for sales growth of our products. His spicy jerky was memorable but so was his infectious personality, quick wit, and ability to get a table of people laughing.  
Rest In Peace, Joe.

Joe and I worked together for a long time. He was a great guy and made the best deer jerky ever! It broke my heart to hear the news and my deepest sympathy goes out to his family. He spoke of his family often and with so much love.

Good ol Solomon. Man, this stings. I remember my first impression of him back in High School. Whippin around wherever he was goin in that Eclipse ( i think) of his with that big ol goofy guy smile topped with a hat ALWAYS turned backwards. We would just sit out in the driveway and swap stories about whatever was goin on in our lives. He was the only one i knew who MAY HAVE loved the SOONERS more than me!   Let me hear ya loud and proud from the Heavens my friend....... BOOMER!!!!!! 

We're still reeling from the news of Joe's passing. Joe was our neighbor at the lake, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer, more personable young man to live next to us.  I don't think we ever saw him without a smile on his face, he was always willing to lend a hand if we needed help with something and he always made time to come over and sit on our deck and visit with us.  

Condolences to his family and to all who loved him.  I have no doubt he has lit up the heavens with that beautiful smile of his.

Joe was always smiling and had a bubbly personality.
He was the type of friend you could call up and would always be there .
He was one of the kindest giving people I knew .
Joe would have his alarm set to the Rooster waking us up at the crack of dawn.
Joe loved being at the lake and fishing.
Not being able to pick up the phone and call him or never hearing his laugh again is heart breaking. 
See you on the other side my friend 

Joe smiled more than most people I know. He had one of those smiles that was infectious. It lit up a room and made me want to smile too. On this particular summer night we were racing go-carts in Broken Arrow. When he sat behind the wheel I saw his smile replaced by a look of sheer determination. He was all concentration as men, women, and children were left in the dust behind his skill and speed. After the race was over he was flushed with excitement and exaltation, satisfied with a job well done. We all celebrated his victory with street tacos and Coca Colas. He was pure joy that night. I had never raced go-carts before and I was truly grateful to him for the experience. And I was grateful that I got to share in his moment of joy. 

Joseph jr, just like Joseph sr, had a strong passion for wrestling and being a good father. His life revolved around his sport and his family. Those were the 2 loves in his life, and he put all he had into those 2 things. Joseph was successful at wrestling and raising his son because of the tremendous love, desire, and effort that he invested in those 2 things. His efforts and passion were always easy to see, and they will always override those who do not invest the same efforts in family, parenthood, and athletics. These are the important things in life, and we are all glad Joseph understood that, even in the midst of his passing. 

Joe and I worked together for a few years and he was a great friend. It was so sad to hear the news of his passing. I pray for his soul and for his family.
