Joyce was gentle by nature and was always a very loving, caring and family oriented individual. She enjoyed watching her grandkids sporting events and playing board games with them. Joyce was a member of Country Estates Baptist Church for many years and could often be found reading her Bible.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gene Roberts; and two brothers. Survivors include her children, Howard Roberts (Marischen), Thomas Roberts; grandchildren, Rhiannon Jones, Karen Roberts (Shelly Licklider), Nicholas Roberts; great-grandchildren, Connor Jones, Austin Roberts and Mason Jones.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., in the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sunny Lane Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
