Beloved spouse, mother, and grandma, Leota Mae Kegin, 80, was born October 18, 1933, in Salina, OK, to parents William Tolliver & Maudie Mae (Reed) Hairston and passed away December 12, 2013, in Midwest City, OK. She loved to travel in her motorhome and spend time with her family, especially her grandkids.
Leota was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Ray Kegin; son, Billy Dean Kegin; and five siblings. She is survived by her significant other, Marion “Punk” Cannon & his family; children: Verna Kegin, Joni Dryer & husband John, Buddy Kegin & wife Debbe, and Renee Abbott & husband Doug McConkey; 6 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Leora Clarida; and many other family members and friends.
Viewing will be 9am to 8pm, Monday, at Bill Eisenhour SE with a reception from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral services will be 10am, Tuesday, at Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel. Interment will be 3pm, Tuesday, at Bryan Chapel Cemetery in Boatman, OK.
