

Luetta Jackson of Midwest City, Oklahoma died on June 16, 2011 and joined her Savior, Jesus Christ as well as again joined with her husband and soul mate. She was an active member of First Christian Church of Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Luetta was born on July 12, 1929, in Cainsville, Missouri, to Dale and Inez Carlisle. At the age of eleven they moved to Elliott, Iowa, where she grew up on a farm and attended school through high school. She then went to Omaha, Nebraska, where she graduated from Business School. There she met M. B. Jackson who was attending Creighton University. On September 23, 1950, they were married in Elk City, Oklahoma. They resided in Memphis, Texas, after which they moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1951. Luetta worked as office manager for T. J. Bosiner Construction for over 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 48 years, M. B. in 1998 and parents. Also preceding her in death was her brother Leland Carlisle, Bellevue, Washington. Survivors are: Son Dana B. and wife, Donna Jackson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Son Michael J. and wife, Brenda Jackson of Midwest City, Oklahoma. Four grandsons: Brandon Jackson (Jessica), Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Jeremy Jackson (Bethany), Norman, Oklahoma, Wade Jackson, Midwest City, Oklahoma, Kirk Jackson, Moore Oklahoma. Four great grandchildren: Rylie, Josiah, Jonah and Scarlet. Also surviving is her sister, Loree Hamilton of Oakland, Iowa and nine nieces and five nephews. She will be lovingly remembered and missed.
Services will be 10:00 AM Monday, June 20th at Midwest City First Christian Church with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
