Mark Adam Newcomb, 55 died on Sat. 9-29-2018, at his home in MWC, OK. He was born in OKC, OK to Homer Everett Newcomb, Jr. and Rose Marie (Young) Newcomb. He was raised first in Del City, OK, then moved to Prague, OK, where he graduated from Prague High School in 1981. He attended South Western State from Aug. 1981 to Dec. 1982 in Weatherford, OK.
He was employed at TAFB for 32 years, serving as a sand blasting supervisor. He was a member of First Baptist Church in MWC. He was saved and baptized at First Baptist Church in Prague, OK at the age of ten on Sept. 30, 1973. He was married to Faith Brewster for 15 years.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, grandparents; Homer and Ethel (Davis) Newcomb, and Harlan and Mary (Lewis) Young, one aunt and two uncles.
He is survived by his children; Brianna Newcomb-Hogan and husband Tyler of Yukon, Adam Newcomb of NBK Naval Base in Kitsap WA, mother, Rose Marie (Young) Newcomb of Prague, his sister; Shelley Brown and husband Darrell of Wewoka, Connie Collins and Mike of Eufaula, brother; Billy Newcomb and wife Nita of Prague. Mark is also survived by six aunts and uncles, 14 nieces and nephews, 22 grand-nieces and nephews, one great niece, and ten cousins.
Mark loved his family and family gatherings. He had many friends, and loved working on home projects; his boat and fishing.
Funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. Thurs. Oct. 4, 2018 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home SE with burial Resthaven Cemetery in OKC.
