Mary Ruth Akin , 88 of Del City Oklahoma, passed away October 30th, 2015. She was born July 4th 1927 in Marrieta, Oklahoma to Dan Stewart and Mary Beatrice (Bentley) Stewart. She married Wayne Revell Akin December 21st 1946 in Gainesville Texas. Mary retired from OKDHS as a data entry clerk. She was a long time member of the Del City Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband Wayne Akin, daughter Cathy Trent, son in-law James Trent, grand-daughter Cayci Rhoads and husband Ron, Grandson Joel Trent, great-grandchildren Cathlyn, Mallory, and Daxten Rhoads, and two brothers, Don Stewart and wife Josephine, and Richard Stewart. Funeral Services will be 1:00P.M. Tuesday, November 3rd, 2015 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Del City, Oklahoma.
