Michael Adam Collins, a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished friend, passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 42. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on November 25, 1983, to Gayle Witham, Michael grew up making fond memories during his childhood in Okemah alongside his beloved aunts and cousins. He later spent his life creating a home and lasting memories in the Choctaw and Midwest City areas.
Michael was a man who believed in the value of hard work, dedicating most of his life as the general manager of Fryar's Landscaping, where his leadership and work ethic left a lasting impact. He also spent many years working in water well drilling and operations, putting his strength and dedication into his trade.
While Michael took pride in his work, nothing compared to the absolute pride and joy he found in his family. One of the proudest chapters of his life was becoming a father. He loved his children more than anything in this world, and his happiest days were the ones when his children were born and the day he married his wife. Michael was a hands-on, deeply supportive dad. He could always be found taking the kids camping, exploring the Science Museum, or sharing thrills at haunted houses. He was his children's biggest cheerleader—whether he was right there on the mat cheering on Mason, or supporting the girls in their beauty pageants. As his children grew, his pride only deepened, and one of his most rewarding moments was watching his son join the Navy. Looking back at the family they built, he was so proud to say, "We did pretty good with these kids."
Michael was a full-of-life presence, always bringing love and joy to those around him. He was a hard-working, amazing husband, father, and friend whose warmth and strength will be deeply missed.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, Kiley Collins; his beloved children, Michael, Madison, and Mason Collins; and his dear bonus daughter, Jaycee. He is also survived by his mother, Gayle Witham; his brother, Stanley Collins, and his family; several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly; his aunts and multiple cousins; and his wife’s family, who loved him and always treated him entirely as their own.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Carman Witham, and Edith Walden, as well as his best friend, Danny Miller.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10am Friday, May 22, 2026 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115.
