Oscar (Bubba) Becerra was born May 9, 1951, in San Pedro, TX to Fernando and Maria Magdalena Becerra. Oscar has 3 brothers; Oberlin (his wife Elsa Becerra) Fernando Jr. and Eloy (his wife Rosie Becerra) and 1 sister Edna Becerra.
Oscar married Malai (Ann) Samruamtham January 15, 1976, he was blessed with a son John Joe (JJ) Becerra (daughter-in-law) Melody Elizabeth Becerra and daughter Sandra Becerra. Oscar had 6 beautiful grandkids Katie Becerra, Tyler Thomas, Dalton Burns, Tatianna, Tsai & Tyana Tease.
Oscar graduated from Los Fresnos in 1971 and joined the United States Air Force May 3, 1972. He was a jet engine mechanic, traveled around the world twice, and served in the Vietnam and Gulf War.
Oscar gained his wings to be with the Lord on Oct. 3, 2017, he precedes in death his father Fernando Becerra, brother Eloy Becerra and granddaughter Tatianna Tease Becerra
He leaves behind his loving wife, mother, siblings, children, grandkids, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and 2 nephews, Eloy Jr. Becerra and Marcus Lin Becerra.
