She had 3 brothers; Paul, Mark and Cyrus, and 2 sisters; Vivian and Agnes. Rachel married LeRoy Cook in 1949 in Wisconsin, together they had 4 daughters; Kathleen (Cook) Arrowood, Karen (Cook) Duggan, YaVonne (Cook) Edwards, and Valerie Cook.
Rachel moved to Oklahoma in 1963.
She went on to marry Arland Williams December 20, 1980 in Lawton, Oklahoma, he survives her. She also has 2 step daughters, Rebecca Cagle and Deborah Forehand. She also has numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Rachel is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Paul and Mark, and sister Agnes and daughters Karen and Valerie.
She worked for 25 years in civil service at Tinker Air Force Base retiring in 1994. Rachel attended Choctaw Church of God. Anyone that knew Rachel knew that she loved The Lord, loved her family and cherished a good phone conversation.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Choctaw Church of God with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
