
Robert proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring after 22 years of dedicated service. During the Vietnam War he served three tours aboard the C130 Hercules, and two tours aboard the AC130 Spectre Gunship. After his retirement from the military, he attended Murray State College in Tishomingo, earning his Associates Degree in Art and History. Robert loved reading, fishing in the family pond, and was an avid OSU fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Judith (Soria) Hise; sister, DeeDee Austin. Survivors include his children, Emmerenciana “Emmy” Doran and husband, James, Robert Hise and wife, Tamara, Baron Hise and wife, Belle, Donna Guyett and husband, Mark, and John Hise; grandchildren, Brieghanne, Brooklyn, Haven and Kierra Hise, Raferty Doran and Natalie Grace Hise; siblings, Leo Hise, Leon Hise and wife, Sylvia, Frank Hise and wife, Maria, Alberta Hicks, Eleanor Kirkley and husband, George; close friend and caretaker, Leah Barnhill; fiancé, Gladys Pasobello; and precious pets, Little Girl, BamBam, and Bamboo.
