Walter (Walt) Leon Robb died peacefully the afternoon of Friday, January 31,2025, at the age of 89. Walter was a devout man of God and a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Walter was born in Sullivan, Ohio to Roy Franklin Robb and Linnie (Fortune) Robb.
Walter joined the US Air Force in March 1956 and retired in February 1997. Walter had numerous duty stations during his time in service. He was stationed in California, Africa, Goose Bay, Idaho, Alabama, the Azores, Michigan, Philippines/Thailand to name a few. While stationed at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama, he met the love of his life Barbara Ann Johnson. They were married on February 14, 1964 in Nashville, TN. Later Walter would be stationed at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, OK. Walter was a member of Del City Church of Christ.
Walter was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Barbara Ann Robb; his parents, Roy and Linnie Robb; his brother, Ernest Robb; and his sister Arlene Beery. He is survived by his daughter Debora S. Snyder and son-in-law James Clinton Snyder of Yukon, OK; two grandchildren Breanna N. DesCombes and Lloyd C. DesCombes III of Tuttle, OK and two nieces, Kim Taranto and Kelly Snoke both in Ohio.
