

ERATH – Mrs. Douglas “Buddy” Hall, Jr., the former Connie Seymour, 60, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Biloxi, MS on December 6, 1957 to the late Floyd and Irma McVay Seymour.
A memorial gathering will be held for Mrs. Hall at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at her daughters home in Erath, 606 E. Putnam St. Erath, LA 70533.
Connie was a kind and caring person who had a great sense of humor. She was also a strong willed woman who never gave up and fought a good fight until the end. She made her family proud with her unwillingness to let life get her down. Connie had many passions in life such as a love for drawing, fishing, and dancing. She especially enjoyed spending with family and friends. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Connie will be truly and deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her daughters, Angel Hall Willis and husband Jeffery, Jr. of Erath and Malisa Hall and fiancé Jason Viator of Erath; and grandchildren, Journie Touchet, Heaven Romero, and Brannon Duhon.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Douglas “Buddy” Hall, Jr.; and parents, Floyd and Irma McVay Seymour.
The family would like to give special thanks to Mrs. Brenda Primeaux for being such a good caregiver, and to all of the family and friends that offered their support when it was most needed.
