Jerry was born in White Plains, New York to Eunice (Marshall) Kugel and Irving Kugel on June 14, 1945. He went to school in White Plains. He married Paula Lipschitz on November 16, 1969, in White Plains, New York. He graduated from C. W. Post University. He was the proud owner of Happy Dog Bakery for 15 years. He was also a Proud Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Great Grandfather.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Eunice (Marshall) Kugel, Irving Kugel and his wife Paula (Lipschitz) Kugel.
Jerry is survived by his children: Michael and Ninie Kugel, Shari (Kugel) Snyder-Freund and Louis Freund: his siblings: Sandy (Kugel) Reifer and Fred Kugel. He is also survived his grandchildren: Charity Kenny, Latiecia Persaud, Devina Persaud, Alana Kugel, Stephanie Snyder, Lea Dinnanauth, Andrew Snyder, Seth Freund and his great granddaughter, Lily Kenny.
