Billy was born Tuesday, January 20, 1948 in Bonham, Texas to Robert & Artie (Arthur) Francis. He was a retired Teacher.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Billy leaves behind two daughters; Brandy Gilbert of South Carolina and Summer Francis of Cartwright, OK; one son, Blake Francis of Bonham, TX; a brother Robert Francis of Baytown, TX and four grandchildren, Autumn Huff, Ashlyne Huff, Auhnesty Francis, Brynnleigh Francis.
Memorial services are pending and will be announced at a later date.
