Laura June Lacey Bishop

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 2, 2011, at Bratcher Funeral Home with The Very Rev. Donald R. Perschall officiating.

Laura was born April 13, 1928 in Rock Creek, Kansas and was the daughter of Luther E. Lacey and Faye Pickering Lacey. She was raised in the Baptist faith, loved her many years of boating on Lake Texoma as a charter member of the Texoma Power Boat Squadron, and the many miles of traveling in their RV motor home with her late husband, Joshua Bishop.

Laura is survived by her daughter, D’Neen Scauzillo & husband Rick of Wylie, Texas, sister Hilda Brooks of Washington, grandsons Ryan & Michael Scauzillo, and many nephews and nieces.
