Wilma was born Friday, February 16, 1945 in Celina, Texas to Leland and Violet Todd.
A graveside service will be held Friday, March 10, at 2:00 pm at Oakridge Cemetery in Denison.
Wilma is survived by her cousin Charles Williamson and partner Harold Morrison.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
