

Albert was born February 9th, 1961, to Lazaro and Bessie Gonzales in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He attended Alamogordo High School and New Mexico State University where he obtained an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors's In Computer Systems. He was currently employed at Transamerica in Denver, CO. His past employers were Solution Ingenuity Group, Aegon, Western Union, Great West Life where he worked in the IT Department.
He belonged to Queen of Peace Catholic Church and was part of multiple breweries where he assisted in making and being part of the brewery family. A few of them are Launchpad, Bent Barley, Coda Brewing Company, Lone Tree Brewing, Ursula Brewery, and many others. He is the second youngest of 6 brothers and sisters: Sadie, Eddie, Rudy, George, and Charlie. Al lived in New Mexico and then moved to Aurora, CO where he married Raelene. Al and Raelene had two daughters: Amanda (Tim Roth) and Loren (Kyle Hebert). He has four grandkids’ Tori, Marlena, Payton, Timothy James, and 1 granddaughter on the way (Raela). He was also a wonderful Nino to Little Al and James.
He is survived by his two children: Amanda (Tim), Loren (Kyle), and five grandkids: Tori, Marlena, Payton, Timothy James, and Raela. Although they are not blood-related, he had many brewery friends who became his family and many work friends who will greatly miss him.
He was predeceased by his dad (Lazaro) and His mother (Bessie) and his brothers Rudy and George.
His Memorial service will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church located at 13120 E. Kentucky Ave. Aurora, CO, 80012. His Committal service will be on the same day from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Saint Simeon Catholic Cemetery located at 22001 CO-30, Aurora, CO, 80018. The Visitation will be the same day at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
If you are interested, we plan on having a get-together at his second home Launchpad Brewery after services. Come and have a drink and celebrate his life. Thank you to all who loved him and made him feel like the amazing person he was. It was time for God to call him home and he is now watching over ALL of us. Geaux Tigers!
