

Annis Louise (Ann) Kemper, was born March 14, 1921 and passed away May 30, 2015. She was born on a farm near Surpise, Nebraska to Conrad J. and Eunice Ludden Dunker. She was the second child of the family of five girls and one boy. She attended business college in Lincoln, Nebraska were she met Val while he was going to the University of Nebraska. She worked in a bank in Lincoln, and he got work at Gates Rubber Company in Denver, Colorado. They were married in Denver on March 2, 1945. Val passed away in October of 1982. When Dennis and Douglas started college, Annis went back to work as a secretary for a real estate company for 20 years. She kept busy, enjoyed many friends, playing bridge, golf and quilting. She loved her family very much and they will greatly miss her.
She is survived by her sons, Dennis (Karen), Douglas; grandsons, Eric and Adam (Debbie); great-grandchildren, Abbie, Joel, Maggie; brother, Lyle (Helen); sisters, Dorothy and Marilyn (Bill) and brother-in-law Allen, as well as, many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Marjorie and Virginia; and brothers in law, Joe and Jim.
A funeral service for Annis will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 10am at Olinger Hampden Mortuary in Denver. Reception to follow also in the chapel.
