It's been 2 Weeks Dad. I hope you are resting peacefully.

My most deepest sympathy to my dear friend Lynny Solano and her family on her loss. My last memory with her dad Benny was at Mikey's Graduation, we went to is favorite restaurant La Fiesta had a delicious lunch! We laughed  and fought over me getting the bill....... Such a wonderful man.MAY HE REST IN PEACE.   Lupe & Sadot Pinon

Dear Dad,
Your presence is hugely missed and will continue to be missed.  I already miss talking to you on my lunches and my drives home from work.  I know you are here in spirit.  I am at ease knowing you are in Heaven, no longer in pain or struggling and breathing easily.

It will be hard to visit the neighborhood, knowing that a fixture in the neighborhood is no longer visible - at least not on the face of this earth.  Having grown up on the block, then visiting my parents regularly, then, visiting just my mother after my father died and then emptying the house and preparing it to rent, it seemed like Benny was always outside - curious to know just what I was up to.  He always wanted to talk and know about what was going on.  With the great tenants that I have found, my visits to the area have been fewer - especially after having so much work done on the house. I was around a lot in August as some additional work was done on the house.  Alcott Street will not be the same without Benny to come by to see what I was doing.  Bless your family as you transition through this time of life.  I will say some prayers for you all and hope to see Linda to at least chat outside soon!  Mary Lynn (M.L.)
