Billy attended L’Ouverture School, now called L’Ouverture High School where he completed his entire education graduating in 1956. Upon graduation he relocated to Denver Colorado. Billy worked for Denver Public Schools where he retired with over 30 years of service.
He was a faithful member of 35 years at Light of the World Praise and Miracle Church. There he served the Lord in the capacity as a trustee, deacon, facility manager, and bible study teacher. In addition to being faithful to the Lord's Work, he was a loving husband for 63 years and a loving father.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories, many family members and friends.
