Colene, we are thinking of you and your family at this time. It is difficult to lose a loved one. Thank you for sharing the interesting family photos.

At times like this, we realize just how much it means to have family and caring friends. I have such fond memories as a child when our family came to visit your family in Denver. Those were such special times for me, a girl from the Nebraska farm going to the big city. Keith and Donna were always so gracious and fun. Hope these blessings will be your strength during this time of sadness.

How we will miss our good friend and wonderful across the hall neighbor.  What a beautiful lady!  Our thoughts and prayers go to all her family.

Coleen. Please know that I wish I could be there at this time. Although there are no words that can really help to ease the loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I didn't know your mother but she must have been really special to have had a daughter like you. Love you, Jack

We so very much valued our friendship with Donna, though we only got to see her when she visited her daughter in Albuquerque.  She was a woman of great warmth and dignity, who was nobody's fool but seemed nonetheless to bring everyone into her open friendship.  Every morning Donna was up with the chickens to take a walk around our neighborhood.  My wife and I were late risers, so Donna would invariably pick up our newspaper and put it at our door while we slept.  It was a small, but graceful courtesy, valued for the message that Donna was there and thinking of us.  You can do no better than to be a graceful and considerate presence in the lives of those around you.  In this, Donna excelled.  She will be sorely missed.  Our hearts go out especially to those in her family for whom this loss is most personal and distressing.

I met Donna when she was visiting her daughter, Colene, my neighbor and friend.  
Donna was walking one of Colene's dogs down our street, and I joined her in her walk.  Only a few times in my life have I met a person with whom I have felt an instant bond.  One of these people was Donna.  I can't say exactly what it was about her that made me feel such  a close connection to her so quickly.  She just captured my heart!  She was a kind and good person with a warm, friendly, caring personality.,  I enjoyed her company so much.  My last in-person visit with her was during the 2011 Christmas holiday when she joined my husband and I for tea and cake one afternoon.  We had such a lovely time conversing with her.  I was sad when she left that day, and am much more saddened now that she has left us all forever.  I will miss her and never forget her.  But, I am happy that she is now at peace and no longer in pain.  I came to truly love that little lady and I feel so fortunate that this truly fine woman was a part of my life. It's difficult when someone who is loved cannot be here, but memories that are made and shared will keep them close.  Colene, I'm sorry I can't be there, but know you are in my throughts and prayers.  The tomorrows will hold tears but know that God's loving wisdom will be there to guide you through.

I met Donna several years ago through her daughter Colene and she had a very bright spirit about her. She will be missed.

Donna was a kind and sweet lady, and I along with my family including my grandfather, her Uncle Bill, and my Dad, her cousin, Martin, adored Donna. The Lueck family will miss her and are saddened by her passing.

Because I know Colene, I feel like I know Donna.  I know she raised a wonderful daughter and had a great family. The pictures show a spirit of fun and adventure than I am sure passed on to her children. Love and prayers from the Swapp's.

I remember all the good times we had at home when Mom Terwilliger stayed with us in Albuquerque.  She made many friends in our neighborhood and they will miss her. We will all miss her but we won't stop loving her
