

Elizabeth Brady McGuire, age 89, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. Elizabeth was born October 5, 1928 in North Arlington, NJ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. McGuire, her parents, Tom and Emily Brady, two loving grandchildren, Kristine and George Aber, a son-in-law, George Aber, and her brother Thomas Brady. She is survived by eight loving children: Dr. Mickie McGuire (Brian Croswhite) of Pembroke Pines, FL, Joanne McGuire-Baxley (Stephen Baxley) of Broomfield, CO, Sean (Lisa) McGuire of Plainville, MA, Megan Cain of Broomfield, CO, Mike (Patty) McGuire of Wrentham, MA, Patrick (Cindy) McGuire of Auburn, AL, Christopher (Gera) McGuire of Dallas TX, and Liz (Roy) Armstrong of Ashville, AL. She is also survived by her thirteen amazing grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, a brother Robert Brady (Boca Raton, Florida), a sister Judy Brady (Houston, Texas) and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Elizabeth's (Betty’s) life will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral home in Pelham, AL in the early spring.
