

Elizabeth Turgeon, born July 24, 1992. Truly a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin and friend passed away Thursday, December 23rd in a tragic car accident. She was a graduate of Valor Christian High School, an active and athletic young woman, who was passionate and successful at hockey and life. Liz was a beautiful young woman who shared her love with others so selflessly making friends with all she met. She was an avid lover of music and nature, enjoying sunsets and loving life. One of her proudest accomplishments was a member of the 2008 USA Under 18 Hockey Team where she helped Team USA win a gold medal. Liz is survived by her parents, Pierre and Elisabeth Turgeon, her sisters Alexandra and Valerie, and her brother Dominic all of Cherry Hills Village, CO, her grandparents, Gilles & Elizabeth St-Jacques and Marcel & Nicole Turgeon and her Aunt Sylvie St-Jacques of Rouyn-Noranda, of Quebec, Canada, her Uncle and Aunt Sylvain and wife Kim and their children Sebastian, Claudia, and Maxim of Calgary, Canada and her Godparents Jacques & Lynn Cloutier of Parker, CO. Visitation will be on Thurs., Dec. 30 from 3-8 in the evening at Olinger Hampden Chapel, 8600 E. Hampden Ave., Denver, CO and Funeral Service will be at the All Souls Catholic Church, 4950 S. Logan St., Englewood, CO on Friday, Dec. 31 at 11:00am.
